Implemented Executive Order 2022-10 on Tiktok Ban on State-Issued Devices

On 13 December 2022, the Governor of the State of North Dakota signed Executive Order 2022-10 banning the use of TikTok on state IT infrastructure and networks. The Executive Order entered into force on the same day of signing. North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) will be tasked with the implementation of the ban. Additionally, entities working with the State of Dakota or connected to the State of Dakota Network are required to comply with the ban. The NDIT will support partner entities in the implementation.
