Mongolia: Issued Joint Statement on Advancing the US-Mongolia Economic Partnership

On 28 February 2023, the Governments of the United States and Mongolia released a Joint Statement on Advancing the US-Mongolia Economic Partnership in the context of the 4th bilateral Economic Policy Dialogue held on 2 February 2023. The parties explored opportunities to deepen bilateral trade and investment, and decided to pursue cooperation in key areas including on the digital economy. Issues in question are intellectual property rights and freedom of expression online.
