Published Roskomnadzor list of banned foreign messaging service providers for Russian organisations under Federal Law No. 584
On 1 March 2023, the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media of Russia (Roskomnadzor) published a list of banned foreign messengers which Russian organisations may not use in their communications. The list includes Discord, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Snapchat, Telegram, Threema, Viber, Whatsapp and WeChat.
