Singapore: Announced negotiations on Vietnam-Singapore Digital Economy Agreement

Vietnamplus, Vietnam's official state-run news agency, published an article announcing the start of negotiations on a bilateral agreement on the digital economy, which will include regulation of customs duties for electronic transmissions. The Vietnamese and Singaporean Foreign Ministers announced the creation of a joint technical working group on June 21, 2021.
