Description

Implemented National Security Law

On 1 July 2015, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China adopted and implemented the National Security Law. Article 25 of the Law establishes the State's responsibility to create a national network and information security system by supporting technological innovation, improving infrastructure, deterring cybercrimes, and generally developing a regulatory regime.
