Issued notice calling for self-regulatory measures for Indian Cab Aggregators Platforms including collection, use and data sharing

On 9 September 2022, the Competition Commission of India, following the "Market Study on Cab Aggregator Industry: With Special Emphasis on Surge Pricing", issued a notice requiring Indian cab aggregators (CA) to take self-regulatory measures to implement transparency and information symmetry.
