Hungary: Introduction of the draft law on "Stricter action against paedophile offenders and amending certain laws for the protection of children"

The draft law on stricter action against paedophile offenders (T/16365) was introduced into the Hungarian parliament. The law aims to strengthen the protection of children, which includes the prohibition of providing content that depicts other than heterosexual attitudes and the prohibition of advertising that depicts other than heterosexual attitudes to children under 18 years of age.
