The Task Force on Innovation, Growth and Regulatory Reform (TIGRR) has published its report with recommendations to the Prime Minister on how to reshape UK's approach to regulation post-Brexit. The report recommends replacing the UK GDPR with a new UK Framework of Citizens Data Rights. The Task Force urges the Government to reform the UK GDPR in such a manner that citizens can regain greater control over how their data is used and to reform.
