Issued Regulation No 3/2021 including data localisation obligation
On 1 April 2021, the Ministry of Communications and Informatics of Indonesia issued Regulation 3/2021 requiring electronic certification and digital signature service providers to establish their systems within the Indonesian territory. The order entered into force on the same day of publication of the Regulation.
