Adopted Order 34/2019 including list of countries with adequate levels of protection for cross-border data transfers
On 22 February 2019, the Argentinian Data Protection Authority issued Order 34/2019, specifying the list of countries that offer adequate levels of protection for the cross-border transfer of information. The list was expanded to include the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland following the withdrawal from the European Union.
