France: CNIL and PIPC sign declaration of cooperation

On 26 October 2022, the French Data Protection Authority Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) and South Korea's Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) signed a declaration of cooperation to jointly handle efforts of data protection for French and South Korean citizens. The agreement would support the exchange of knowledge, research, and officers. The training workshops will be jointly organised, and any set-up practices and standards will be shared.
