United States of America: Prohibition of ITC goods or service transactions with foreign adversaries under EO 13873

Through the Executive Order "Securing the Information and Communications Technology and Services Supply Chain", the Trump administration prohibits transactions with companies under control or jurisdiction of a foreign adversary under enumerated conditions. These conditions prohibit any transaction with a company under the control of a "foreign adversary" that could pose an unacceptable risk to national security, an undue risk of sabotage of US ITC goods or service production, or undue risk of catastrophic effects on US critical infrastructure including the digital economy.
