Ireland: Announcement of transposition via statutory instrument

The Irish Department of Enterprise announced that it intends to transpose the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790) means of a statutory instrument, a ministerial order. While the order is still in drafting for release by 7 June 2021, the department published an orientation on which articles of the directive it seeks to transpose using the statutory instrument.
