Adoption of order extending the suspensory filing requirements to the acquisition of businesses to several tech sectors

The German Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie issues the 17th amendment to the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance (Aussenwirtschaftsverordnung), which extends the list of critical technologies which trigger suspensory filing requirements regarding business acquisitions, including AI development, automated vehicles, quantum technologies and satellite systems.
