Dutch central bank revises factsheet for screening in crypto-transactions

The Dutch National Bank (DNB) removed its earlier requirement that crypto-service providers must verify the identity of each customer in a transaction. The DNB adjusted its factsheet for screening requirements in such transactions after it had been successfully challenged in court for its interpretation of the Sanctions Act which had led to the original rule.
