Vietnam: Implemented National Cybersecurity and Safety Strategy 2025-2030

On 10 August 2022, the National Cybersecurity and Safety Strategy to 2025 Decision (964/QD-TTg) with a vision for 2030 is implemented after the signature of the Vietnamese Prime Minister. The Strategy aim is to develop cybersecurity policies and laws, improve the storage and processing of personal data, protect cyberinfrastructure and build cybersecurity capacity. Furthermore, the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) will establish a hotline for the public to process cybercrime information.
