Implemented UK-US Data Access Agreement

On 3 October 2022, the Data Access Agreement signed by the United States and the United Kingdom enters into force. The Agreement aims to facilitate data transfers between the countries for the prosecution of crimes. In particular, telecommunications service providers will be required to offer access to the data they store to authorities following a request from law enforcement agencies in both countries.
