Opened consultation on the cloud sector delimitation of relevant markets and practices
On 13 July 2022, the French Competition Authority opened a public consultation within the framework of its enquiry into the cloud computing sector, to receive comments on the delimitation of the relevant markets and practices of the sector. Particularly, the inquiry focuses on the public or hybrid cloud and on the IaaS and PaaS models. The consultation will be closed on 19 September 2022.
