Introduced Colorado Bill on facial recognition technology

On 3 February 2022, Colorado Senate Bill 113 on facial recognition technologies was introduced in the Senate. The Bill creates a task force on facial recognition to study issues concerning artificial intelligence and introduces a notification and accountability reporting requirement before the use of facial recognition by government agencies.
