United Kingdom: Closed consultation on the UK Vision for Enabling a National CyberPhysical Infrastructure to Catalyse Innovation

On 11 May 2022, the consultation on the United Kingdom’s national “Cyber-Physical Infrastructure Vision - Enabling a National Cyber-Physical Infrastructure to Catalyse Innovation” plan closed. The plan outlines the benefits of increasing investments in Cyber-Physical Infrastructure and lists the main problems the Government identified. In particular, the plan stresses the lack of interoperability of the current cyber-physical infrastructure and its components and notes the need for common standards and guidelines.
