Published AI regulation proposal including quality of service requirements for "high-risk" AI systems

The European Commission`s proposed regulation on a European approach to Artificial Intelligence defines a list of "high-risk AI systems" which are subject to additional user and provider obligations (Art. 6). The list of such systems includes remote biometric identification, algorithms used to allocate financing, job or educational opportunties (see Annex III).
