European Union: Opened consultation on EDPB Guidelines 04/2022 on the calculation of administrative fines under the GDPR

The European Data Protection Board opened a consultation on the draft of the Guidelines 04/2022, which concern the calculation of administrative fines under the GDPR. Particularly, the Guidelines aim to harmonise the methodology through which the national supervisory authorities calculate the extent of fines for non-compliance with the GDPR. The consultation will be closed on 27 June 2022.
