Consultation Closed on Framework on Competitiveness of Digital Asset Technologies

On 5 July 2022, the International Trade Administration of the US Department of Commerce closed the consultation on its Framework on Competitiveness of Digital Asset Technologies. The Framework was established in line with President Biden's Executive Order "Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets” dated 9 March 2022. The Framework is intended to enhance US competitiveness in digital asset technologies. The consultation included 17 questions, to be answered by the public, on the issues of competitiveness, the comparison to traditional financial services, and technological development.
