Closed consultation on Brazilian regulation of international transfers of personal data

On 17 June 2022, the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority closed the consultation on the regulation of international data transfers. Particularly, the Agency welcomed inputs on the following topics: data transfer obstacles for companies, interoperability between contractual instruments, contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, tools to foster regulatory compliance and mechanisms to provide data subjects with clear information.
