SEC issues fine against NVIDIA for inadequate disclosures on cryptomining

On 6 May 2022, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a decision in the case against NVIDIA regarding non-compliance with disclosure requirements. The SEC has found that NVIDIA failed to disclose the significance of cryptomining in its revenue growth from GPU sales in the fiscal year 2018.
