Implementation of new measures on foreign direct investment for ISPs

On 4 March 2021, Indonesia implemented Presidential Regulation No. 10/2021 to remove the ban on foreign investment in internet service provider companies. The new maximum foreign investment in an internet service provider is increased from 67% to 100%.
