Implementation of revised Guidelines for the protection of personal information in the financial field
On 1 April 2022, the Financial Services Agency has implemented the revised version of Guidelines for the protection of personal information in the financial field and its corresponding Questions & Answers. These updates ensure that the guidelines are in line with the associated guidelines of the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (Act No. 57 of 2003 as amended in 2015) and the Personal Information Protection Commission.
