Consultation opened on EU Regulation on Vehicle Data
On 29 March 2022, the European Commission has opened a consultation on proposed regulation of access to and use of vehicle-generated data. Car data related to repair, vehicle-sharing, and insurance are named as types of data within the proposal's area of concern. The consultation will close on 21 June 2022.
