Adopted Law on Payment and Security Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions

On 27 June 2013, the Law on Payment and Security Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions was published and implemented. The law regulates electronic payments and e-money and introduces a licensing requirement for providers of such services.
