China: Implemented Commercial Encryption Product Certification Catalogue and Commercial Encryption Product Certification Rules

On 11 May 2020, the Chinese State Cryptography Administration issued and implemented the Commercial Encryption Product Certification Catalogue and Commercial Encryption Product Certification Rules. The two documents forms part of the implementation of the Cryptography Law and outline the certification procedure as well as a list of products exempted from the mandatory approval requirements.
