Description

Law on simplification of economic life including public procurement access was introduced to Senate

On 24 April 2024, the Law on simplification of economic life, including public procurement access, was introduced to the Senate. The Law unifies the legal regime for all public procurement contracts, removing the distinction between public and private law contracts so that rights on price revision, termination, and dispute resolution apply uniformly to all parties. The changes apply to contracts where consultation is initiated from the first day of the third month following publication of the Law.
