Interim Measures for the Administration of Humanised Interactive Services Based on Artificial Intelligence including performance monitoring requirement enters into force

On 15 July 2026, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Humanised Interactive Services Based on Artificial Intelligence entered into force. Article 10 of the Interim Measures requires providers of anthropomorphic interactive services to fulfil their security responsibilities throughout the entire service lifecycle, clearly define security requirements for each stage of deployment, operation, upgrade, and termination, strengthen security monitoring and risk assessment, and promptly detect and correct system deviations. Providers must handle security incidents and retain network logs in accordance with the law, and must ensure that security measures are deployed and used synchronously with service functions.
