Australia, Japan and Singapore issued joint press release on adoption of WTO Agreement on E-Commerce with interim arrangements

On 28 March 2026, Australia, Japan, and Singapore, the co-convenors of the WTO negotiations, issued a joint press release on the adoption of the WTO Agreement on E-Commerce with interim arrangements. The press release states that 66 WTO members adopted a "clear and immediate pathway" for implementing the E-Commerce Agreement at the 14th WTO Ministerial Conference.
