Republic of Korea: United States and Republic of Korea issued Joint Fact Sheet including support for permanent moratorium on customs duties on electronic transmissions

On 13 November 2025, the United States and the Republic of Korea (ROK) issued a Joint Fact Sheet following a meeting between their respective presidents, including a range of reciprocal trade commitments, such as affirming their joint support for a permanent moratorium on customs duties on electronic transmissions at the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
