Description

Federal Trade Commission filed stipulated order for injunction against Air AI Technologies over deceptive marketing of AI-powered business coaching products

On 24 March 2026, the Federal Trade Commission filed a stipulated order for permanent injunction and monetary judgment in the District Court of Arizona against Air AI Technologies. The order resolves allegations of deceptive practices in the marketing and sale of Artificial Intelligence (AI) - powered business coaching products and licensing. The order permanently prohibits defendants from selling business opportunity products, making false or misleading telemarketing calls, and misrepresenting earnings potential or refund policies in connection with any goods or services. A monetary judgment of USD 18 million was entered against all defendants. However, the Commission suspended the majority of the sum and stated that the defendants are required to pay only USD 50’000 within 60 days, provided their sworn financial disclosures to the Commission are accurate and complete. It also required defendants to maintain business records and submit sworn compliance reports for 20 years, and the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the order.
