European Union: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, ByteDance, Meta and Microsoft submitted updated compliance reports and consumer profiling audits under Digital Markets Act

On 9 March 2026, the gatekeepers designated on 6 September 2023 under the Digital Markets Act (DMA), Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, ByteDance, Meta, and Microsoft, submitted reports to the European Commission on their updated compliance measures. The reports outline the changes the gatekeepers have implemented and the measures they have taken during the past year. The gatekeepers also submitted updated, independently audited reports on consumer profiling techniques.
