The Bill would provide for coordinated response and recovery activities. It would support the voluntary development of advanced cybersecurity applications and technologies. It would provide for pilot demonstration projects and workforce development curricula. It would also provide technical tools to support voluntary evaluation and improvement of security capabilities. The Bill would provide that it does not modify the authority of any Federal agency other than the Department of Energy.
