European Union: Council of European Union adopted decision approving conclusion of EU–Singapore Agreement on Digital Trade

On 8 December 2025, the Council of the European Union adopted a decision approving the conclusion of the EU–Singapore Agreement on Digital Trade. The Agreement governs cross-border digital trade between the EU and Singapore. The decision authorises the Commission to conclude the Agreement and establishes a legal framework to facilitate digital trade.
