On 15 January 2026, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) announced the 21st batch of domestic blockchain information service names and registration numbers under China’s blockchain regulations. The list covers 64 blockchain services across multiple provinces and municipalities, including Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Fujian, and Yunnan. It applies to platforms operating in areas including digital assets, cultural property trading, data traceability, supply chains, evidence preservation, and blockchain infrastructure. Registered entities include Anhui Cultural Property Exchange Co., Ltd., the Information Center of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Computer Network Information Center, Zhejiang Cultural Property Exchange Co., Ltd., and multiple Shanghai- and Guangdong-based blockchain service providers.
