Description

Internet Information Service Algorithm Filing System launched

On 1 March 2022, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) launched the Internet Information Service Algorithm Filing System. The launch forms part of the implementation of the Internet Information Service Algorithms Recommendation Management Regulations, which occurred on the same day. Art. 24 of the Regulations requires algorithm recommendation service providers with the ability to influence public opinion to submit a self-assessment on the Filing System.
