On 9 December 2025, the Bill on Fairness of Online Platform Intermediary Transactions was introduced in the National Assembly. The Bill imposes organisational requirements on online platform intermediary service providers by mandating specific internal processes and structures. These include the preparation, delivery, accessibility, and retention of written intermediary transaction contracts, procedures for advance notification, systems for the management and protection of sales proceeds, and the operation of grievance handling mechanisms for online platform user businesses. The Bill also requires compliance with dispute mediation procedures and cooperation with investigations and surveys conducted by the Fair Trade Commission.
