Announced Digital Regulation Cooperation Platform (SDT)

On 13 October 2021, the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets, the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets, and the Dutch Media Authority launched the Digital Regulation Cooperation Platform (SDT), through which the regulators will exchange knowledge and experiences in areas such as artificial intelligence, algorithms, advertising personalisation, and data protection. Moreover, they will plan joint investments and explore forms of collaboration in enforcement procedures.
