Law on E-commerce, including operational license requirement was adopted by National Assembly

On 10 December 2025, the National Assembly adopted the Law on E-commerce, including an operational license requirement. The licensing conditions apply to organisations providing electronic contract authentication services. Providers must meet trusted-service standards, maintain real-time authentication systems, ensure confidentiality and data integrity, support government investigations, publish operational regulations, and securely store all contract data.
