Switzerland: Council of States commissioned Federal Council report on digital sovereignty of Switzerland

On 16 March 2023, the Council of States commissioned the Federal Council to compile a Report on the Digital Sovereignty of Switzerland (Postulat 22.4411 Z'graggen "Strategie Digitale Souveränität der Schweiz"). As part of the Report, the Federal Council is required to provide its definition of digital sovereignty for the Swiss context, an evaluation of the current state of digital sovereignty in Switzerland, and the presentation of a strategy for strengthening digital sovereignty.
