The Regulation sets out principles for promotional and informational content about health services, including compliance with medical ethics and with medical procedures recognised by the Ministry of Health. The Regulation prohibits the use of misleading information, unofficial titles, incentives, discounts, and promotional content that may direct individuals to specific healthcare professionals or institutions. The Regulation also establishes specific requirements for the use of visual content in advertising and for international health tourism advertising.
