China: Ministry of Commerce announced export exemptions for goods produced by Nexperia

On 4 November 2025, the Ministry of Commerce announced export exemptions for Nexperia to support stability in the semiconductor supply chain. The exemptions applied to manufacturers affected by the suspension of wafer supplies and ongoing equity-related disputes following the Dutch government’s executive order of 30 September and the subsequent court ruling.
