Italy: Communications Regulatory Authority adopted list of entities subject to age verification obligations to prevent minors from accessing pornographic content

On 31 October 2025, the Communications Regulatory Authority (AGCOM) published the list of entities subject to the Caivano Decree and Resolution No. 96/25/CONS. The list identifies operators of pornographic websites and platforms that must comply with the age verification requirements established by the resolution, which enters into force on 12 November 2025, to prevent minors from accessing adult content online. It includes 48 entities, among them Pornhub, Youporn, Redtube, Stripchat, Xnxx, Xvideos, Xvideos Red, Cameraboys, Maturescam, Mycams, Mytrannycams, Porndoelive.lsl, Pornhdlive, Joyourself, Livejasmin, Liveprivates, Livesexasian, Lsawards, Lsl, Superporno, Pichaloca, Porn300, Porndroids, Faphouse, Jacquie et Michel, Olecams, Onlyfans, Xfree, Xhamster, Tiava, Lupoporno, Ixxx, Tubegalore, Gaymaletube, Porn, Solo Porno Italiani, Cam4, Pornzog, Hentai – Ita, Gioghi Premium, Xhamster Live, Clip4sale, Chaturbate, Bang, Tnaflix, and Tukif Love.
