China: Ministry of Commerce adopted order adding 14 foreign entities including Exelis and TechInsights to Unreliable Entity List

On 9 October 2025, the Ministry of Commerce added several foreign entities to the Unreliable Entity List. The measure applies to defence, surveillance, and technology companies linked to anti-drone and analytics activities. It bans them from import or export with China, making new investments, or engaging in transactions or cooperation with Chinese organisations or individuals, including data sharing. Listed firms include Dedrone by Axon, BAE Systems, Elbit Systems of America, Epirus, AeroVironment, Recorded Future, and TechInsights with its global subsidiaries.
