Terminated Nvidia/Arm merger and announced public offering of Arm

On 7 February 2022, Nvidia and SoftBank Group Corp. announced the termination of the planned acquisition of Arm Limited (owned by SoftBank) by Nvidia. The parties declared to have dropped the agreement because of the significant challenges posed by multiple regulators. Moreover, SoftBank also announced that it will prepare a public offering of Arm during the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023.
