United States of America: Florida Attorney General filed lawsuit against Traffic F over failure to implement age verification mechanisms

HB 3 obliges commercial distributors and promoters of explicit material harmful to minors to ensure such content is age-restricted. The complaint alleges that TrafficFactory facilitated access to adult content without verifying the age of viewers, thereby exposing minors in Florida to harmful material.
